Acelon Chemicals & Fiber Corp. was established in 1988 and specializes in synthetic yarns. We are devoted in R&D and flexible production for POY, FDY, DTY and ATY, including functional, eco-friendly and bi-component yarns. Our products carry multiple functions, such as anti-bacterial, abrasion-resistant, flame-resistant, anti-static and thermal managing properties. Since many years, Acelon has made suitability a key priority throughout our 100% made in Taiwan production.
As sustainability becomes a priority, we have too made sustainability key to our made-in-Taiwan production. Our plants are certified according to GRS, Oeko-Tex, ISO 5001 and 9001. To make the world greener and better, our latest sustainable product is AceEco-Bio410, a bio-nylon yarn derived from castor oil. AceEco-Bio410 is our sustainable approach, turning plant into textile products while it does not harm the world and take away a food source. Compared with other types of nylon yarns, AceEco-Bio 410 has a low carbon footprint. Textiles composed of AceEco-Bio410 are lightweight, drape well, dry fast, and with comfortable feel. They also have more stable dyeing performance among most of the bio content nylon yarns.
