ACHEL THERAPY

Achel Therapy is a private practice in NYC where coaching is used as part of integrative practice. People tend to choose EITHER psychotherapy or coaching when thinking about ways to find support and solutions to challenges they face. Rather than being seen as areas that shouldn’t be practiced together, we acknowledge that coaching can become an important part of the client’s journey. At Achel Therapy, I have partnered with people, teams, and organizations to help clients define where they want to go, understand what motivates them, set goals when necessary, and help them reach their full potential. We work with clients at all career levels and industries, from senior executives to middle managers to young professionals.
