Achik is a student-led social enterprise selling colourful handmade Guatemalan and Bolivian textiles. Achik means 'dream' in K'iche, an indigenous language in Guatemala. Achik aims to connect indigenous aspiring small business owners in Guatemala and Bolivia to international markets. We offer zero-interest micro-loans to aid our members to start their own weaving businesses and subsequently market and sell the products in the UK and US.
