Accelerant was built to solve a problem that we as founders witnessed firsthand: the traditional, reactive solutions to mitigate customer churn were inefficient, completely unsustainable, and responsible for millions of dollars lost in ARR. And the solution to this problem? It lay hidden within complex data structures spread across siloed tech stacks, inaccessible to the non-technical end user. As AI and behavioral analytics mature, companies are demanding tools that don’t just show risk, but contextualize and automate action—all without needing a data/engineering team. Accelerant will lead this evolution by being the first to fully operationalize churn intelligence, giving CSMs actionable outputs: prioritized alerts, clear risk explanations, and centralized data. Our differentiator is simple: We are building our solution with the non-technical end user at the center of every design decision. Accelerant’s long-term vision is to become the go-to intelligence layer for every non-technical team, starting with customer success and expanding across the org.
