We as a company continue to produce and grow with the pride of realizing many projects in Turkey and around the world for nearly 50 years. Machining metal in many forms, designing and producing both as a product and as a semi-finished product is our main field of activity. We always aim for maximum quality with our investments in technology and R&D. ACM Industry, with its new investment, equipped with the latest technology and highly modernized, in its 2021 and 2022 model facility, produces Aluminium Billets as extrusion from A quality raw material according to our customers’ own special pipe and profile sections. In addition, these raw materials are subjected to thermicization process by cutting them in both standard lengths and special optional lengths. In our company’s facilities, we manufacture billets (pipe profiles) in both precision and quality standards on 5-axis CNC machining centres with double stations. After the mechanical machinery processes of aluminium pipes and billets are completed, the surface cleaning of the profiles is carried out in our Electro Static Powder Coating facility with the latest technology chemicals and then the paint process is performed in the desired colour. In our Electrostatic Paint facility, aluminium billets up to 7.5 meters are painted with conveyor belt system and unmanned robotic guns. Pipe-Profiles, whose dyeing (painting) and mechanical processes are completed, are packed in accordance with the desired specifications with our special packaging machines.
