Acme Support Services Pty Ltd was founded in 2022 & we’re excited about the future & everything we’re going to achieve now & in the future best interest of all people living with a disability across Brisbane, QLD.
We are driven by our core values of Respect, Empathy & Dignity which guide and inspire us to create positive & sustainable changes within the Community Services Sector.
Our mission is to provide people living with disabilities, & their families with heart-driven supports & services by working in collaboration with our participants informal & formal care network to achieve life changing outcomes.
We aim to coordinate stellar services to effectively assist the individuals we support to live the life they choose - their best lives.

We partner with SDA Providers to deliver beautiful homes and exceptional SIL supports for people to live as independently as possible, whilst remaining safe.

Hospital & Rehab to Home Service. Exploring Housing Options to ensure everyone is heard by the NDIS to bring about their desired living arrangement.
STA, Respite & MTA.
Flexible Supports, such as: in-home care in our participants own living arrangement, social, recreational & community participation, dignified personal care, assistance with ADL’s, & with an overarching commitment to walk alongside the people we support to work towards achieving their NDIS & personal & professional goals.
