Apartment Community Operators LLC dba Aco Management is a Midwest regional company providing property management and consulting services for owners, lenders and developers of apartment communities. Aco Management was established in 2016 when its founder John C. Bailey was called upon to operate a local property for a St. Louis bank. Upon stabilizing that property and turning it into a profitable apartment community, the word spread about John and his Aco team. Today John and Talia Bailey, with a combined 30 years of industry experience, have refined their processes to streamline their management approach. By listening to what is most important to stakeholders, turning out the best move-in ready unit and cutting work order response time in half, Aco Management effectively manages and exceeds expectations.
