ACPC is a non-profit membership association of Chief Patent and/or Intellectual Property Counsel of businesses operating in the United States. Since 1966, ACPC has provided its members a forum to share best practices related to intellectual property management, operations, strategies and the issues and challenges faced on the job. ACPC holds two national meetings per year, in addition to regional meetups and other opportunities to connect, with focus on (i) networking with in-house peers and other leaders in IP, (ii) presentations from high quality speakers covering current topics for continuing legal education, and (iii) sharing insights into best practices through benchmarking.
