ACQU Energy is an energy focused special purpose Acquisition Company. Energy is the most important commodity in the world. It is the key to the unprecedented global growth that has been going on for many years and will continue to be the key to global growth well into the future. The amount of energy required to power the planet keeps increasing every year and therefore, the global demand for energy likewise increases every year. This ever increasing global consumption of energy is driving an ever expanding demand for new energy resources. Global energy markets are now in transition. Rapid growth and improving prosperity around the world means growth in energy demand is increasingly coming from developing economies, particularly within Asia, rather than from the traditional market economies in the developed world. The EIA (U.S. Energy Information Administration) projects world energy consumption will increase 56% by 2040. The Company plans to capitalize on the ever expanding demand from the world energy markets and profit from it by making timely and strategic acquisitions of carefully selected energy properties/assets that are not widely marketed, have lots of upside potential, and can be purchased significantly under prevailing market prices and/or under their intrinsic market value. The Company’s strategy is to develop and grow these acquired properties by increasing their revenue and profitability, which will in turn increase their total asset value. The Company’s business model is based on the strategy of buying energy properties/assets low and selling them high when market conditions and/or other factors make it possible, all the while profiting from their cash flow while holding them. There is an old saying in investing that goes like this: “You make your money when you buy, not when you sell.” The most important part of the Company’s business model is successfully executing the strategy of “buying at the right time and the right price”.
