Established by Kerrie Driver after she saw a clear gap in the market for companies that either didn’t have an internal recruitment team or had a dysfunctional internal team and wanted to partner with a true outsourced talent acquisition business partner - not a panel of recruitment agencies. Kerrie has over 25 years recruitment and talent management experience both locally and internationally had has expertise in Building & Construction; Telecommunications; IT; Financial Services; Engineering and FMCG. She has held Executive Leadership roles, managing large recruitment teams however enjoys working intimately with her clients and candidates to understand their needs, long term objectives, motivations and culture. Kerrie is an avid sailor, racing high performance catamarans with her husband at both State, National and World Championship level. She enjoys keeping fit, playing Netball and relaxing in the garden.
