ACRE Capital Group was founded in response to systemic changes in traditional commercial real estate (CRE) lending and borrowing practices and is built on a foundation of more then 70 years of comprehensive first-hand CRE experience, knowledge, and success. In an effort to cater to the growing demand for alternative CRE lending, ACRE is primarily focused on providing short term senior debt, generally in the $1MM to $10MM range, to qualifying CRE investors and owners with attainable exit strategies. We understand the importance and need to move quickly, which is why ACRE prides itself on running an efficient and decisive operation. ACRE is active in Maryland, the surrounding DMV area, and will generally consider loans in the Mid-Atlantic area.
