We decided to start ACT Partners because we saw a need for a more hands-on, tailored, and customized approach to managing concierge desks in the metropolitan area. We have found that while many Concierge Management companies intend to provide excellent service, they often get too big to handle the “little things” that make for consistent and great service. Because we are a boutique company, we will not get too big to let the “little things” slip. You will see us providing visible leadership and onsite hands-on training to ensure that you have a front desk team that will match your community culture.
