The Actimet Athlete Monitoring System consists of a mobile app for the athlete and a web portal for the coach. Coaches we have worked with described problems they have with: The ability to share session, wellness, load and schedule info with their athletes and teams - where currently they use a mix of messaging apps, Google sheets, excel and other tools. Monitoring what training their athletes are doing outside of collective sessions. Calculating training load per athlete and setting planned load in order to minimise the risk of injury and lessen medical bills Ensuring the sharing process is as quick and easy as possible Actimet solves these problems by: Providing a mobile app which allows athletes to easily share session info and view schedules and programs Delivering a ten second wellness input tool. Providing the coach with a web portal which give them oversight of load, wellness and schedules.
