Action For Nature

Action for Nature is an environmental non-profit dedicated to empowering young people to become active stewards of the environment. Our mission is to foster a deep respect and awareness for the natural world among youth, encouraging them to take personal action to protect our planet and educate others. We believe that the long-term health of the Earth and all its inhabitants relies on instilling these values in the next generation. Since 2003, we have been proud to present the International Young Eco-Hero Awards, recognizing and honoring over 350 young environmentalists aged 8 to 16 from more than 30 countries and 30 U.S. states. Our Eco-Hero alums continue to inspire others through their ongoing environmental efforts, and their stories are shared widely through various media channels, including radio and TV interviews, news articles, and even school textbooks. The achievements of our Eco-Heroes highlight the importance of sustainable living and serve as powerful examples for others to follow. Through their projects, they demonstrate the impact that individuals can have on preserving our fascinating natural world.
