Action for Silk Stream

The Action for Silk Stream is one of the 25 #defra funded projects as part of Flood and Coastal Resilience Innovation Program (FCRIP). The program is being led and managed by Environment Agency. Action for Silk Stream is an ambitious 6 year project and aims to deliver nature based solutions along the river corridors of Silk Stream and sustainable urban drainage solutions in the urban developed areas of the catchment adopting an integrated holistic approach and delivering new innovative frameworks of future funding, community stewardship, roll out its learnings-generating evidence to inspire investment across London and other urban catchments nationally.
