The reports and associated photos are sent to our landlords for comment and further instructions. In addition, we pursue rental payments and go through the necessary legal process when required. Homeowners’ Associations: We manage and administer Homeowners’ Associations. This includes the administration and collection of levies, complex maintenance and payment of third party services.
