Action Trauma is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to healing people and communities by promoting awareness of Trauma Recovery throughout the world.
We do this by creating successful, internationally and locally attended events. We also run training courses addressing all aspects of trauma, anxiety, stress and the associated mental health problems which they generate and exacerbate.
Using research and knowledge gained from leading world experts, combined with the lived experiences resulting from Northern Ireland’s troubled past, we share the key facts about psychological trauma; its causes, effects and treatment.
We believe that everyone who has suffered psychological trauma deserves the opportunity to recover.
