At Activate Business School we are passionate about enhancing practical leadership skills as we see the role of a manager being the most significant in terms of overall performance. Our partnership with Grant Thornton allows us to utilise their expertise to increase financial awareness amongst managers through the delivery of the finance module. The high quality programme’s we offer are the Team Leader (Level 3) and Operational Management (Level 5) development programmes. These are both apprenticeships which means you can use the Levy to accelerate the development of management population. On successful completion of the programme managers will be awarded with an Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification or an ILM qualification
