Active Aging 360 is an AI led fall reduction digital program designed to improve gross motor function and reduce falls for the older adult. An avatar named AVAA leads individuals through courses of action based on their current level of ability. After each course is completed an individual graduates and then moves on to the next series of exercises designed to improve vision dependency, proprioception, somatosensory, and vestibular response needed for ADL’s.
