Active Engineering Services provides quality control, stormwater (QSD/QSP), special/deputy inspection and construction material testing services for owners, developers, engineers, contractors, and innovators within the construction industry. Located in Southern California, Active Engineering Services provides a full spectrum of quality control services to guarantee our clients are actively covered throughout the duration of their projects which reduces the stress of ensuring compliance to the governing authorities Active Engineering Services understands the importance of aligning ourselves with our clients’ goals to ensure the utmost level of quality - "Your Goal Is Our Goal" - We will actively go the extra mile and ensure our clients are administered to in a way that only Active Engineering Services can deliver. Our vision was to create a QC firm that combines the experience, hard work, and integrity to create a mentality that allows us to provide our clients with the best possible product. It is this “Active Mentality” that keeps us on a path to always push forward to new challenges and to support our clients. Active Engineering Services is a women owned business, led by Brittany Rineer. Brittany has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry. She is joined with her husband and Director of Operations, Robert Rineer, PE, QSD, QSP. Robert has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Together, Brittany and Robert have over 30 years of knowledge working with engineers, general contractors and inspectors on various projects which provides them with the necessary tools to run, manage, and most importantly, lead Active Engineering Services.
