Active Mind Body Studio

Active Mind Body is the fastest growing studio in Caringbah and The Shire, and it’s all because we do things differently. Our unique approach is all about creating ‘Total Wellness’ that will transform your body from inside out. Our experienced instructors are the best there is in the Shire and now we have a fantastic team of Therapists that have joined us as well in our new studio, which is conveniently located in the Caringbah Shopping district with ample parking available in the Coles parking lot. Our Studio, has three studio rooms inside with a dedicated Reformer Pilates room, a dedicated Private and Semi Reformer room and a Yoga/Barre/Mat Pilates room. We offer Kids Yoga, Meditation, Private Classes and Drop-in Classes. We have a free tea/kitchen room, secure lockers, unisex toilets and showers that are equipped with hairdryers. We welcome people of all ages and of all experience levels, from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. We encourage our community to learn it, live it, teach it with regular classes and events.
