Active Outdoors is an outdoor activity and adventure blog written by Rob Sayers, providing ideas, information and inspiration for anyone wanting to get out more. I am not blogging for the elite athlete, but for the normal guy or girl trying to escape from the tedium of the office. Active Outdoors is about inspiring you to get out more, explore the world around you and to interact with the natural environment. Active Outdoors is not about being good at sport. It's about having fun and a laugh outdoors with your friends. Don't think that sport has to be competitive. You should focus on your own personal best.
