ACTIVENG is an engineering company that will support its partners through integrated validation and maintenance solutions for industrial equipment associated to the production process, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. ACTIVENG uses a highly qualified team with vast experience in the pharmaceutical industry to provide this support.
ACTIVENG’s approach involves the development of all equipment-related quality management processes in partnership with the customer.
ACTIVENG assists the entire process, from establishing prerequisites, selecting suppliers, and the purchase and installation of equipment, right through to the end of the equipment’s service life, in particular:
• Guaranteeing that all project GMP requirements have been taken into consideration;
• Producing all technical documentation supporting equipment, installation or services’ validation;
• Ensuring correct use of the equipment, through the appropriate moulding of users’ procedures, operating instructions and technical training of personnel;
• Forecasting any deviation through the implementation of an amendment control policy;
• Establishing and implementing calibration and preventive maintenance plans;
ACTIVENG is organised into two divisions to better meet the requirements of our partners:
• Operational Support Division: responsible for the creation and implementation of calibration / maintenance plans and spare part management;
• Validation and Quality Division: responsible for the entire equipment and process validation process.
ACTIVENG’s integrated solutions allow our partners to develop medium and long-term growth strategies and reduce and adjust their short-term costs structure to make it more flexible.
