We are a husband- and wife- owned boutique outpatient orthopedic practice that focuses on creating a supportive, encouraging, fulfilling environment for everyone connected to us: patients, their families and our team. We created this company in 2002 as a response to our own personal experiences as physical therapists working in traditional physical therapy offices, which were too busy, had too many patients per hour, didn't give us enough time to truly practice and use our manual skills and which just felt stressful and "wrong" to us both as clinicians and as individuals. We knew that there had to be a better way to bring even deeper healing and even more enjoyment for our clients and ourselves into a PT practice... so we created one. This is not about better or worse. It's about matching what's right for each individual (both the patients who choose us and the people who join our team to work alongside us). We're writing this LinkedIn description in response for a need to hire a Physical Therapist.
