Activity For All is a dynamic and community-focused sports organisation dedicated to promoting physical fitness and a love for sports among children. We believe in the power of sports to develop essential life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and leadership. Our main objective – to increase participation in physical activity for ALL ages. Our team of teachers, coaches, instructors, leaders and other stakeholders strive to engage with all community groups and smash any barriers that prevent participation so everyone can enjoy the lifelong health benefits of regular exercise. Exercise can come in so many forms and it is our passion to find innovative ways of getting people moving, so they can start to enjoy the immediate benefits, whatever their age and ability. So whether we’re leading an after-school football club in a local school, delivering our 120ft inflatable assault course at an event, engaging large corporations with team building activities, co-ordinating the daily mile at the local college, organising walking football for over 65s – our team are happy! We strive to continue to find innovative ways to increase participation in physical activity – mainstream sports are for some but not for everyone, so we’re here to bring a wider range of activities than anyone else!
