ActivMotion Bars are hollow, and each hollow bar is partially filled with weighted ball bearings that glide smoothly and gently within. When used in any workout, ActivMotion Bars become an incredibly powerful teaching and training tool. As you hold the bar parallel during movement, you are instantly provided with feedback regarding postural equilibrium and stability; if the ball bearings shift, you know that you are out of alignment and need to make an adjustment.
