Actus Policy Research is an independent boutique research organization dedicated to providing policy research & program evaluation services to U.S. Federal and state government agencies, non-profit and community-based organizations, educational institutions, and federal grantees. Our team of experts brings subject matter expertise in a wide range of policy areas, including job-search assistance, entrepreneurship, training and education, youth and criminal justice, and welfare policy. Our team brings substantial experience developing and implementing large-scale randomized controlled trial (RCT) and quasi-experimental impact studies, as well as outcomes and implementation assessments, without disrupting usual program operations. Past and current clients include U.S. Federal agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Small Business Administration, state and local government agencies in several states, including Colorado, Iowa, Florida, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, and non-profit, educational, and community-based organizations across the United States.
