The African Centre for Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture Victims (ACTV) is a Non-Governmental Organization established in 1993.
ACTV is dedicated to advocating against torture and providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to survivors of torture and violence, including Ugandans and refugees.
As a one-stop center, ACTV offers a holistic approach encompassing medical treatment, physiotherapy, legal redress, mental health, and social support services.
