ADABA Initiatives

ADABA Initiatives is a social impact organization dedicated to driving transformative change in the lives of women and girls. We focus on initiating, curating, and project-managing high-impact initiatives that promote women's leadership, women’s economic empowerment, and the advancement of youth and girls. Our philanthropic arm amplifies the work of women's cause-based NGOs through strategic support, resource mobilization, and capacity building. This enables them to scale their impact and reach more women and girls, contributing to a more equitable society. Our goal is to inspire a new generation of leaders, who will drive positive change. Through quality partnerships, expertise, and resources, we create sustainable, community-driven solutions that address the complex challenges facing women, youth, and girls. Through our work, we aim to make a lasting impact and create a more inclusive world for all. To achieve this, we combine a holistic approach that involves Interaction, Mentorship, Advocacy, Research and Amplification (Imara). Our programs are designed to be inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the needs of underserved communities. We believe in the power of collaboration, as such, we work closely with local organizations, governments, and individuals to amplify our impact. By empowering women and girls, we are empowering entire communities, and ultimately, creating a brighter future for all.
