I am a highly experienced health and social care professional, having held a wide variety of senior roles in the private health & social care sector since 1995. I have a passion for learning and development, having been a Learning and Development Manager for several years. My extensive knowledge and working practice enable me to develop and deliver a wide range of training subjects to all levels of health and social care staff. I have a strong background in quality and compliance, acquiring a broad level of knowledge and understanding of policy and procedure, relevant legislation and standards, as well as driving best practice. I have worked in operations management, which gives me 360-degree knowledge and experience of the sector, and credibility with delegates at all levels. I have a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, ILM Level 4 in Leadership and Management as well as extensive sector experience and training.
