Adam was 19, full of life, laughter, and love. He was the kind of person who lit up every room, the one his friends turned to. The last person you'd imagine we'd lose to suicide. But in 2011, without any warning signs, Adam took his own life.
In his memory, 'Adam’s Light' has been created. A charity dedicated to preventing suicide in young people under 35. Founded by his mum, Lauren, after 13 years of counselling other bereaved families, the charity will shine a light where silence too often lives. Through powerful talks, honest conversations, and education in schools and communities, 'Adam’s Light' will help young people feel seen, supported, and never alone.
Every donation helps 'Adam’s light' to shine a light on suicide prevention, bringing hope to those who need it most.
