Damon is Performance, Health & Wellbeing Coach, a Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor and Brain Cancer Survivor Turned Thriver. He is passionate about taking people on a journey to show us how powerful we are as humans and how we can take more control of our minds, bodies and souls. For Damon, mindset and mindflow is everything. It helped him transform a life-threating situation (a brain tumour diagnosis) into one that has become life-enhancing. In particular, the Wim Hof Method helps him in healing his mind and body and growing stronger. So much so that he decided to become an Instructor to be enable him to share this powerful technique with others. It is only in the last couple of years, that the WHM has taken him from contemplating an untimely death (when he was 40), to an experience that has lead him to know that ANYTHING is possible, when we create the right conditions for our minds and bodies…….That’s quite transformation; wouldn’t you agree!?
