Le cross training est une méthode de préparation physique adaptable à tous, quel que soit l'âge, le handicap, les objectifs.
Le mot d'ordre de l'association est l'inclusion. Lors de chaque séance, l'athlète en situation de handicap s'entraînera en binôme avec l'athlète valide. L'objectif est de créer une cohésion, une entraide, une bienveillance dans l'effort partagé.
