At ADAPT Careers we support our clients in their career decision making and help them to effectively engage in the transition from education to the world of work or return to work. Using progressive career development tools combined with traditional counselling techniques we inspire greater self-awareness, informed decision making, motivation and purpose. Career success can be both a team effort and a work in progress. Formal career education might start in secondary school but that is certainly not where it should end. Defining our career can be a lifetime pursuit with changing job and learning pathways. It is our intention to help our clients lay the foundations for purposeful and productive careers. The work we do complements in school career advice, not replaces or reiterates. We empower our clients by building their capacity to be self-directed in their career development now and in the future.
