We specialize in Building Resilience, Mastering Change, and Boosting Sales. Our company founders did not come from the training industry. We came from a university setting where research and proof of effectiveness were the gold standard. We were subject matter experts who wanted to avoid the pitfalls of the tired, old training industry approach. We knew there had to be a better way to service our customers. So in our first year of operation in 1997, we sat down with you and we listened. In response we developed 14 training solutions in 5 main areas of competency and need - Building Resilience, Mastering Change, Boosting Sales, Developing Managers & Leaders, and Creating Connection.
