Adaptive Consulting Services (ACS) is a boutique firm of Chartered Accountants, Registered Auditors, and Tax Practitioners, offering a comprehensive suite of services in financial management, consulting, forensic auditing, corporate finance, transaction advisory, and accounting. Founded in South Africa, ACS has expanded its footprint to the United Kingdom and the Indian Ocean region through Mauritius, enabling us to serve clients across diverse jurisdictions. We specialise in mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, capital structuring, and strategic transaction support—always tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Our team combines deep technical expertise with practical experience across local and international markets. We have successfully advised clients from a broad range of industries, bringing both strategic insight and execution capability to every engagement. ACS was co-founded by Devarshin Naidoo and Vivek Maharaj, both Members of the CFA Institute. Devarshin Naidoo is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Practitioner with a strong background in corporate finance and financial management. He began his career at Grant Thornton Durban and later joined the firm’s corporate finance team in the UK, where he advised multinational corporations, listed entities, large private companies, and IPO candidates. Vivek Maharaj is an IFRS specialist with expertise in financial reviews, modelling, corporate restructuring, M&A, management buyouts, and capital raising (equity and debt). He brings a strong focus on negotiation and deal execution to the firm’s advisory work.
