Since 1999, we are the FIRST home physical therapy private practice to provide home therapy services under Medicare Part B and to non-home-bound clients on the Jersey Shore. Our services include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech/cognitive therapy. We specialize in the treatment of adults and geriatric clients in the comfort of their own home. Our patient population have better outcomes in their own home coupled with a more proactive outpatient philosophy. Our mission is to prevent nursing home placement, reduce or prevent falls and promote independent living and the highest quality of life for not only the patient but also for their caregivers and family members. Our patients enjoy having the same therapist every treatment. The best part is our patient's DO NOT have to be home bound to obtain services. Additionally, Medicare Part B and other State programs will pay for services. We have adopted an Home-bound to Outbound philosophy which correlates with our patient's goals for re-entering into the community. Our therapist will also assess adaptive devices that improve living skills as well as determine the best power mobility devices such as power wheelchairs.
