With more than 12 years of experience in the field, Alaa Shboul left Specialists, an Ushering Service company that he co-founded and managed back in 2007, to establish Adapt in 2011 with the help of his cofounder Hameed Womar with a new vision. Believing in the importance of empowering youth, Adapt has helped create thousands of new opportunities for young Jordanians across the kingdom.
