Device Programming Solutions
Device programming volumes vary greatly depending on production demands. We have solutions for every requirement from one-off prototyping through to production of millions of devices per year using fully automated equipment.
Tape And Reel
We offer both manual and automated tape and reel solutions that improve the speed and accuracy of components placed in carrier tapes. Our solutions can check for part orientation, and offer pin-1 and empty pocket detection.
Carrier Tape
We design and manufacture our own 'Reflex' brand of carrier tapes. Reflex tapes support compliance with EIA-481 and IEC60286 standards. Our in-house design service means we can offer rapid development and delivery of custom carrier tapes, for almost any production volume.
Other Solutions and Services
We supply and support a range of Socket Modules, Parts Counters, Tape Splicers, Cover Tapes, Peel Force Testers and a other products used by CEMs, Programming Houses and Electronics Distributors for packaging and handling electronics components.
