ADCURAM acquires companies with potential and develops them further – actively and sustainably. With approximately 3,000 employees worldwide, the ADCURAM companies generate turnover of more than €500 million. In the future, the Group will continue to grow both organically and by acquiring new companies. Because we are a financially strong, privately owned industrial holding, we have significant funds available in the long term. We can invest a total of €150 million for acquisitions.
ADCURAM considers itself an active holding company with a hands-on approach.
This means that in-house specialists work together with the management of each of our subsidiaries to determine concrete measures for enhancing the respective company and to implement them on-site.
