Addere Care

Addere Care was founded out of the idea that ageing is not a condition to be cured. Rather, it is a period of life to be enjoyed and cherished with dignity. And we believe it is best accomplished in a safe environment surrounded by people who genuinely care about you. As such, we have partnered with Swedish Silviahemmet Foundation founded by Queen Silvia whose philosophy is anchored in person-centered care, family support and open communication. We are exclusive partners of Silviahemmet in the Baltics and are determined to bring the care standards to a whole new level across the region. But it doesn't end there. We believe in a holistic approach and are convinced that modern quality care infrastructure featuring Scandinavian "feel & touch" interiors, wholesome food, abundant green spaces are equally important for our guests to feel like home. Finally, we set out on a mission to make all of the above affordable to the Baltic residents. In fact, our current care package in Trakai, Lithuania doesn't (*Covered fully by National Health Insurance Fund, provided that all the eligibility requirements are met) require any out-of-pocket contribution from the resident.
