Owner of Adding Value Consultancy, Jay Adderley has been working in the Events and Venue Industry around the Globe for the past decade. From humble beginnings as a cleaner at Flemington Racecourse in 2006 to the most recent position of Manager of Catering, Cleaning and Waste at the 2018 Commonwealth Games where, he led the team through the Venue Operational Planning and Procurement phase of the project, successfully procuring over $25m worth of contracts, all of which were awarded to local, indigenous or Australian businesses. Jay has held several other senior positions along his journey both in Australia and abroad.
