Addiplast Group is a french compounder which has such a great performance in compounds on a global scale, and combines flexible production technologies with expert R&D capabilities to deliver innovative compounds and masterbatches for global clients.
With a dedicated and well-equipped R&D center named Addiscience and two complementary compounding technologies, we are able to take on the most demanding compound development and production projects.
Established in 1986, the family-owned firm today operates 2 production sites in Saint Pal de Mons, south of France and Addicolor, the new coloring unit specialized in the formulation and production of color masterbatches near from Paris. The combined capacity of the group is around 40,000 tons/yr.
Addiplast and Addicolor sites are equipped with twin screw compounding extruders and Addikem facility operates Buss co-kneaders. All are IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 certified.
All sites are supported by the company’s Addiscience research and development center, which produces around 400 new formulations each year. It is equipped with an extensive range of polymer characterization equipment and the same production extrusion technologies as the manufacturing locations, allowing new formulations to be scaled up to industrial production quickly and efficiently.
Colored compounds and color masterbatches, flame retardant compounds, mineral-filled and glass reinforced formulations, natural fibers and fillers, and biocides are all part of the company’s know-how.
The product portfolio includes Addiflam flame retardant compounds, Additec semi-conductive and ESD compounds, Addinyl polyamide and Addilene polyolefin compounds, as well as the Addibio Renew range for sustainable and renewable products.
