Established in 1982 as a grassroots advocacy group, ADEC has grown into a trusted not-for-profit organisation serving multicultural communities across Victoria. For over four decades, we have remained steadfast in our mission to empower individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, advocate for equality, and strengthen community inclusion. We believe in a society where everyone - regardless of culture, ability, or age - has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our culturally responsive services ensure that language and cultural barriers are never obstacles to receiving quality care and support. NDIS Plan Management – Budget management, provider payments, and reporting. NDIS Appeals & Reviews – Guidance, education, support, and representation. Social Support Groups – Language-specific peer groups fostering wellbeing and connection. Community Development Programs – Workshops and projects promoting mental wellbeing, inclusion, and resilience.
