Adelaide Hydrotherapy is a brand new, purpose-built rehabilitation facility, employing the calming thermal properties of warm water to treat various conditions. Our pool is at a consistently warm 34ºc, providing the perfect environment for true hydrotherapy. We have Hydrotherapy trained Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Therapy Assistants who support many members of the community such -NDIS Clients who are Self or Plan Managed -GP Care plan and EPC patients -Pre and Post-Op surgical patients for rapid recovery and optimum mobility through Hydrotherapy -Return to Work - plan management and programming for work injury recovery -Chronic Pain conditions such as Arthritis and Fibromyalgia -Musculoskeletal - back, hip, knee and shoulder pain management and recovery -Neurological conditions - Parkinsons, MS, MSA -Children - unique and engaging programs for children with disability, or low tone -Sports - performance improvement Water has the unique ability to decrease the effects of gravity, making movement more comfortable, while the warm water helps your muscles relax, reduces joint stress, and encourages healing.
