My name is Adem Kaan and I’m a multidisciplinary illustrator and designer. I work digitally and have a passion for character design. I also like to incorporate humor into my work whenever I can.
I grew up in Istanbul, Turkey and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Illustration from University of the Arts of Philadelphia in 2016, and a Master’s degree from Drexel in Digital Media in 2019.
I have experience working on 2D Animations aimed for kids and adults; developing the characters, backgrounds, logo, storyboards and concept designs as well as creating complete Pitch Bibles. I’ve worked on 2D animated advertisements for mobile games and developed brand guidelines for textile companies and a few podcasts. Designed posters for various events and have exhibited in several pop-culture galleries in Los Angeles.
Drawing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, but I also enjoy tutoring on Photoshop and Digital Art as well as watching every new superhero movie.
Currently I live in Philadelphia with my wife and work as an independent artist for my own company.
