Founded in 1989 with the main purpose of investing and supporting the agriculture sector in Egypt.
It was founded by a Electric Engineer (Assem Doss) and a Mechanical Engineer (Gamal Aziz).
In 1990 Assem Doss was approached by the leading fertilizer producer in the world to introduce their complete fertilizer range to the Egyptian market.
In 2002 Assem Doss was once again approached to start a new venture to introduce vegetable seeds from Enza Zaden, a business that has now become one of the main pillars of company.
In 2013 Assem Doss definite to introduce a new line of business and Cooperated with Imperial Valley now S&W Seed Company in the lines of Alfa Alfa, Sorghum, and Sunflower.
In 2018 Assem Doss decided to start a new division for Trading outside the Agri sector lead by Mr. Karim Sherin, the company was able to partner up with US Allegion a company specialized in safety and security and is now an authorized reseller for their Schlage range.
In 2020 Assem Doss group decided to change its operating vehicle to a shareholding structure and will be shortly operating under ADGA group.
