My journey as an ADHD Coach began with my own diagnosis in 2023. I also have a career with NHS Scotland dedicated to public health nursing, HealthVisiting. My skills honed through years as a Health Visitor at NHS Scotland now support my specialized role for adults with ADHD, a role underpinned by a Bachelor of Science in Adult Health Nursing from the University of the West of Scotland and a postgraduate diploma in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Embracing the principles of ADHD Coaching, from ADHD Works, I merge evidence-based strategies with compassionate care to empower individuals navigating their unique ADHD challenges. This alignment of professional expertise, and a personal mission to enhance the wellbeing of neurodiverse populations exemplifies the core values guiding my practice.
