Adhyaay is the official Counseling & Mentorship Cell of IIIT Bhagalpur, dedicated to empowering our students through mentorship, guidance, and emotional well-being support. The word "Adhyaay (अध्याय)" means "a new chapter," symbolizing new beginnings, growth, and transformation. Every student’s journey is a series of chapters, and we aim to help them navigate each phase with clarity, confidence, and the right support system, while promoting an inclusive, collaborative, and empowering environment on campus. Our future extension includes outreach programs to extend our support beyond the campus. What Adhyaay Does 🔹 Counseling: Providing a safe and supportive space for students to seek help on mental well-being, stress management, and personal challenges. 🔹 Mentorship: Connecting students with peers, alumni, and experts for career guidance, academic support, and skill-building. 🔹 Workshops & Sessions: Organizing talks, training sessions, and panel discussions to enhance personal and professional growth. 🔹 Community Support: Fostering an inclusive and encouraging environment where students uplift and inspire each other.
