Aditum Capital is an investment institution, established in July 2023, and is regulated by the Saudi Arabia Capital Market Authority (“CMA”) with the license number (23273-32), dated September 2023. Aditum Capital began its operations in March 2024, and is licensed to provide advising services in securities, and managing investments and operating funds for qualified and institutional clients only (as defined in the implementing regulations of Capital Market Authority). Aditum Capital is licensed to practice the below activities: - Develop and manage various innovative investment solutions and products - Sell investment products offered by other companies - Provide investment advice - Provide services for foreign investors to invest in the Saudi market - Provide comprehensive investment management services across multiple asset classes - Establish, administer, and oversee the operations of investment funds in accordance with applicable regulations Aditum Capital is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditum Investment Management Limited, which is regulated by the DFSA.
